REFUND POLICY

After March 29, 2010 all refunds are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. The Registrar must receive the refund request by phone, mail or e-mail by April 6, 2010 at noon PST at the contact address phone number and email listed on the web page and below. Refund requests will be processed following the event.

Shirt purchases are non-refundable. Please make arrangements for someone to pick-up your purchased shirt. We will NOT be mailing these. Give this person your written authorization for this, and kindly notify the Registrar as well.
